Dana Gould, as Maurice Evans, as Dr. Zaius, as Hal Holbrook, as Mark Twain. With an introduction by John Hodgman.
I can’t handle this many wonderful personalities at one time.

Hey pals! Two big stand-up shows this week.
Wednesday, October 26th — 8:00pm — Sardo’s in Burbank, with headliner Freddy Lockhart
Thursday, October 27th — 8:00pm — Crispy Comedy Show in Hollywood
More info here! Or on those posters I posted! Or ask me!
Another stand-up show! I’m back at The Hollywood Hotel bar tomorrow night. 10pm show, $5 and one drink and free parking. Mr. J always runs a good show, come on out.
I got to see the big sixth anniversary show last weekend, and had all kinds of fun, as always. There’s some show history and weird stories in this article that I never knew. If you’re ever free at midnight on a Saturday, let me know, we’ll hang out at it and stuff.
Huge show tomorrow night at The Ice House Annex in Pasadena! 7:30pm start time and I’m headlining. Going to be the most fun set I’ve ever done.
Lineup:
Stand-up show tomorrow night at 10pm at The Hollywood Hotel bar! $5 cover and one drink minimum (PBRs are $3). Me and some other comics, hosted by Mr. J, should be a great time.
Friday, August 12th — 10:00pm — Hollywood Hotel in Los Feliz, hosted by Mr. J
Still doing shows 8/14 and 8/17 too. And I made a page for my various showdates and details, check it out for all the info you could possibly want about ways to see me clowning*.
*”Clowning” in the sense Marc Maron has been using it in. Although if I start wearing greasepaint and big shoes, I’ll let you know**.
**Even mentioning clowns makes me think of this Dana Gould impression of Morrissey slash parody song which you should listen to, it’s a great parody song***.
***For more parody songs in a “like the style of something else but still funny if you haven’t heard the original” style, try these gentlemen.
Friends! I’m returning to some places I really like next month:
On Sunday, August 14th I’m headlining at the The Ice House Annex in Pasadena, stay for the whole thing and see another great Dave McNary-run comedy show.
Then on Wednesday, August 17th I’m back at Sardo’s in Burbank, headliner is Eric Schwartz and Brian Monarch is hosting and it should be a lot of fun. Free show and free parking!
Come on out to Sardo’s tonight for a great and free comedy show! Lots of great comedians, and also Alex Schmidt.
