What are the best reading related charities or social initiatives that Bookshelf Porn should support?

Reading To Kids. Wonderful experiences with them so far, great organization. They’re working with LA Unified to improve reading skills among elementary school kids (the single best targeted skill improvement for an age group that the education system can be doing) in Los Angeles, and they’re doing a hell of a lot with very little.
